Shanghai Huide Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2007. It can be traced back to Shanghai Huide Chemical Co., Ltd. established in 1997. It is a technology-based group company that integrates design, research and development, production, sales and service, and specializes in manufacturing series of new materials such as polyurethane resin (PU) for leather and polyurethane elastomer related products. With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company's shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 28, 2018 with a stock code of 603192. The shares are referred to as "Huide Technology".   Huide Technology, as a leading enterprise in the polyurethane for leather industry in China, has established an independent technology research and development center and a technology research and development team led by experts at home and abroad, composed of doctors, masters and undergraduates. Up to now, Huide Technology has obtained 26 authorized invention patents and 9 products have been listed in Shanghai's high-tech achievements transformation project. Through technological innovation, it has continuously realized the transformation of high-tech achievements, and the product quality and technology have reached the domestic first-class and international leading level. In particular, in accordance with the requirements of "source control, low carbon, environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction", environment-friendly products such as solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane resin have been developed.
