Description

It is a high performance, water-based cationic fluorochemical agent specifically designed to impart oil and grease resistance to pulp molding products, paper and paperboard without changing the feel or appearance. This product is based on short-chain molecules that cannot break down to PFOA in the environment. This oil and grease resistance agent can be applied internally in the wet end or on the surface of paper or board.

Benefits

This oil and grease resistance agent imparts excellent water and oil repellency to pulp molding products, paper and paperboard. It prevents penetration in products such as take out trays, picnic plates, soup bowls and specialty molded applications. Products manufactured with it are readily recyclable. It has low foaming nature. In some applications this agent will provide sufficient water repellency without any additional sizing agent.

 

The main Application:

-Paper tableware; Pulp molding pallet; Oil-proof paper; Food paper, bags; Dunnage paper; Newspaper and other paper products. The dosage suggestion: for pulp moulding tableware, be added to the pulp in the beater water. Recommended dosage:0.5-2% (relative to the dry pulp).
