Brief operating procedures

This machine is applied to soften and steam shoes upper, counter or lining.
1. Operator control the machine through the control panel. Up and down press make the vamp inning toe puff and the upper match perfectly.
2. Upper mould can move downward though the corresponding button, and set temperature to be 170°C.

Control panel: The left and right modules can be controlled separately, mainly including main power switch, upper mold temperature, steam timing, lower mold temperature, lower pressure timer, emergency stop switch, steam switch, indicator light, etc.

The micro-pump directly injects water into the aluminum mold to instantly generate steam, which steams the toe portion and activates the front lining.
