1.What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 500 pair. But we accept trail order/ sample orders.
2. Do you provide free samples to customer?
We are appreciated that new clients pay for the courier cost for free samples.
This charge will be deducted once orders are released.
3. Can you accept OEM and ODM? How do you operate them?
Sure , we can accept OEM and ODM. If you want to do OEM,you just need to pass your logo to us. For ODM, you need to tell us you designs. Sample could be provided in 7~14days.
4.How can i get samples?
We are appreciated that new clients pay for the courier cost for free samples.
This charge will be deducted once orders are released.
5.What is your payment term?
30% deposit,the balance before shipment. Other terms can be disscussed according to the order.
6.What's the shipping methods and time?
As to sample or min order,we always send by express(DHL,UPS,Fedex),it will take 3-4days to produce.Besides,we send by sea for mass production,it will take 15-25days to arrive.
