Our automatic rubber vulcanizing press machine mainly consists of  main machine , electrical control cabinet ,hydraulic station ,automatic adjustable rail device , automatic ejector device , etc . It can be used to make various kinds of rubber molded products . 

 

Following are machine features 

1.For the sealing of cylinder and piston , our machine adopts the imported NOK Japan brand , which is much more oil resistant than common rubber oil seal 

 

2.For the electrical control system , our company adopt the imported brand , Generally SIMENS BRAND , which is much more accuracy in program setting and control , also better quality than common brand 

 

 

3.For hydraulic system , our main hydraulic valvs and parts adopt the imported brand--Generally Yuken brand . This makes sure better and stable working for hydraulic station 

 

 

4.our cylinder is made of cast steel , not common type cold iron 

 

 

5..plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel .
