Q1. Are you manufacture?
A1: Yes, we are manufacture. Sometimes more than manufacture, we can also buy from other factory if you are in need to source other products which we can not produce.
Q2.How about your design ability?Do you offer OEM service?
A2: (1)We have our own design department,and have offer design service.
(2)Yes, of course , we provide OEM and ODM service. We can let our designer make the color combination for your confirmation before sample making follow your idea.
Q3. Do you provide sample? Is it free or need sample charge?
A3: Yes, we can provide some sample with free charge if stock is disponsible, but freight charge is on customers account. If some new design, the smaple charge is three times of the unit price.
Q4. Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality?
A4: Small order are also welcomed,and we offer new customers 3% discount foe first order.
Q5. How shall we do if ordering quantity that cannot get your MOQ?
A5: 1) We may suggest the style we have stock for your choice.
2) We will increase the FOB price base on the small quantity.
Q6. What payment terms do you accept?
A6: We accept the L/C, T/T, But normally 30% desposit before production and pay the balance upon copy of B/L.
Q7. What's your lead time for a sample and bulk orders?
A7: 10-15 days for new samples. (available designs as your drawing or picture);45-60 days , or discussed.
Q8. Can I visit your factory?
A8: Your welcome to visit our factory,and we offer free car.
