A.The system is equipped with advanced industrial PCL controller with self-diagnosis functions, providing superior performance with extremely high precision,rapidest reaction time, and the greatest reliability and stability.

B.The machine is capable of performing side and heel-lasting in one single process with two patented filly automatic floating cement nozzles that is accuratelycontrolled in semi-synchronous manner.

C.Auto-cementing paths can be flexibly and easily set via touch screen or laser pointer with automatic size-grading function, enabling the machine to be used.

D.Pincers have both up-pulling forward-pulling functions with two control modes( press control and displacement control); pilling distances for inner and outersides can be different, with automatic right/left sides swapping function.

E.Pincers and heel band are electronically controlled to the most advantageous positions; the pincers position data are stored in memory with automaticsize-grading and left/right swapping function.

F.Parameter of lasting are easily inputted through touch-panel in numeric form;system has huge parameters to external storage device through USB port to meet nearly all kinds of shoe production need.
