Characteristics and Purposes

Ø Oxidized polyethylene wax is a synthetic wax. It has different melting point, hardness, and density, under high temperature, polyethylene wax is a suitable choice. The particle size of wax emulsion is under 1μm, distinguished by ionicity, it can be non-ionic, anionic, and cationic. Wax emulsion and dispersion are different, generally no matting effect, be used for paint and ink which has high requirement on gloss.

Ø Polyethylene wax emulsion is used for textile finishing, coating, printing ink, leather, and paper making with effects of abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, gloss and soft feeling improvement.

Ø OE-02 can be used in waterborne coating system like floor, leather, furniture, automotive, paper and other polishes, varnishes field, as well as water-based ink, liquid shoe polish, metal mold release agents, and other industries.

Ø When added into the leather finishing agents, it can increase the feeling and brightness; When added to the color paste, it can provide the leveling effect and can prevent the coating from stickiness when exposed to heat.
