Technology Description

1. Heating method

 Steam heating, electric heating, electric steam heating, steam indirect heating, thermal oil heating

2. The door opening method     

Manual quick way to open the door, only one person can complete all the steps easily. Normal switch the door when power outage.

3. Sealing method

 Autoclave flange inflatable silicone seal, work through the compressed air inflated seal automatically, the autoclave air pressure exerts the seal from the autoclave, as long as there is pressure in the autoclave, the door will not leak out the air. And the greater the pressure the better the seal. Sealing effect was significantly better than other means, the seal life can be used more than 1 year.

4. Security chain/ safety interlock

 (1). Pressure automatic security chain (2). Manual security chain (3). Completely solve the workers misuse of the security risks.

5. Temperature control method

 Using the intelligent digital temperature controller, through the temperature transmitter to collect the temperature data in the autoclave to the control box, and display the real-time temperature of the autoclave in the control box panel. It is convenient and intuitive. The curing temperature can be set freely compliance with customer’s demand (temperature range 1-190C).

 Turn on the heating tube to heat up when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the temperature in the vulcanization autoclave.

(1).Rubber autoclave design 2 temperature measurement points: one digital thermometer, one temperature transmitter, to collect temperature data respectively in the autoclave to control the temperature error in ± 1.

(2). Temperature values are easy and intuitive, easy to watch for the operator.

(3). According to the vulcanization process of different products, phase, sub-time temperature, insulation, curing and other procedures set. It can sets a number of sets of curing process

6. Pressure control mode

(1). through the pressure sensor to collect the pressure data transmission to the control box, set the pressure program, the vulcanization tank pressure through the automatic valve (pneumatic angle seat valve) automatic control. Below the set pressure automatically fill pressure, higher than the set pressure automatically pressure relief, so that the tank pressure is always maintained in the preset range.

(2). Pressure control design bypass manual valve set for easy manual operation.

(3). Pressure values show easily and intuitively. Another set of disc pressure gauge for easy observation of the operator.

(4). It design two sets of flange open safety valve in the tank body, the safety valve automatically open when achieve the design pressure.

(5). Design ultra-high pressure automatic alarm, it is safe and free from worry.

7. Time control mode

Set the working procedures, heating, heat preservation, curing time and other automatic control, can be designed multiple sets of procedures and heating section. Vulcanization constant temperature time automatic control, digital display (range 1 minute – 999 minutes).

Features

l  Temperature, pressure, curing time controlled automatically. Compared to the traditional curing tank its energy saving more than 30%. And it is the most widely used curing tank equipment currently in the world.

l  Special 304 stainless steel flange electric heating tube, heating fast, using long time.

l  Electric tube external terminal to avoid the built-in wiring point ignition, causing short circuit.

l  Electric tube distribution in the bottom of the tank, divided into three group of individual control.to arrive the temperature and leaving only one group of heat pipe curing insulation, this design greatly saves energy consumption.

l  Through the heat exchanger and connected to the tank, and the water channel height of 3-7mm, the water vapor generated by the heating water from the bottom to the same uniform diffusion cycle, after the tank wall to form a certain amount of condensate flow to the bottom of the tank, then the heating tube is heated continued. The temperature uniformity without dead ends, forming a closed uniform temperature field in the tank.

l  After preset the working procedures, the control system heat, maintain temperature, curing automatically. After the end of vulcanization, the sound and light alarm and cut off the power automatically.
