FEATURES
The machine is specially used for production of single colour and double colour PVC rain boots and has following features.
1.With computer control, humanized user interface and simplified touch screen control.
2.High efficiency and better energy saving as compared with other similiar machines.
3.With large injection volume and great mould closing force.
4.Stepless indexing, low noise and stable.
5.Dual proportional control is adopted as regards preplastifying and injection. Injection speed, weight and pressure are adjustable to guarantee the product quality.
6.Equipped with manipulators which are controlled automatically, save labour and increase the productivity. The hydraulic system of the manipulators are seperated with that of the machine. 7.Both systems do not interfere in each other.
8.The production of single colour rain boots can be switched to the production of double colour rain boots and vice versa according to your needs. You can select any work stations for production.
