2. The main workshop area should not be less than 80 square meters( 12*8 meter at
least) ( warehouses, offices , living rooms are not included) . Workshop for metal
structures or brick structure , located in the first floor with appropriate, effective
height of the workshop should be not less than 2.5m, shop floor must be concrete
structure, with terrazzo floor as well.
3. The full set of equipment power requirements : 35KW (380V 50Hz, 3Phase), while
the actual production capacity of the power consumption of about 70 %.
4. Water consumption : water recycling within the system , no waste water discharge ,
no environmental pollution , water consumption per hour during normal production is
350kg.

6. Can produce chicken egg carton, egg tray, shoe tray, seeding tray, fruit and vegetable trays, other industrial paper trays by changing molds.
7. Available drying form: natural wind drying frames and pallets; traditional brick built dryer( coal as fuel); single layer and multi-layer metal dryer ( natural gas or diesel oil as fuel)
