Computerized Full Automatic Cementing Shoe Toe Lasting Machine

6)Last support and injectors quick replacing, it can be changed instantly according to the insole shape.

7)The two sections cementing injector can be used for the size adjusting and automatic changing inside and outside waist of the left or right shoes.

8)Unique middle pincer and second pincer quick changing equipment,changing the pincers quickly with out any tools;the conjunction angle between the middle and second pincer(each side) can be up to 20 degree,suitable for quick changing shoes shape.

9)The fifth pincer automatic rotary movement increases the lasting perfection of inner part.

10)The size of shoe adjustment in pincer plate is synchronous moving and independence two section,quick and accurately.

11) 5 pressing-point forming band,toe area is tightly wrapped around by the band with 5 pressing points to achieve the best lasting effect.

12)Special tracked wipers with direct heating system ensure uppers more evenly and closely attached to last after lasting ,the surface becomes more beautiful and quality upgraded.

13)The machines is equipped with auxiliary wiper and toe postion projector.
