1. Q: How do I pay for my purchase order?
A: T/T, PAYPAL, L/C at sight, Escrow, Alibaba Secure Payment. 30~100% payment in adance at your convenience, balance is to be paid when shipment. We can only take charge of the bank fee for the deposit or balance payment.
2. Q: How can I get sample and how long will it takes?
A: Customized samples will require a sample fee, but we will refund the extra money after you place an order to us. Usually it takea 5~7 days to make a sample.

A: Our MOQ is 500yard, can mixed the different items to reach a MOQ.

A: Generally, it will take about 7~10 working days to finish an order, but the exact time is depended on the actual situation.
5. Q: What's the shipping method?
A: Generally, for ctns less than 10ctns(<100KG), we suggest to choose express such as DHL, Fedex, UPS or other exress service. for ctns more than 10ctns, we suggest the shipping ways by air or by sea.
