Rules of work

- The stirrer rotates in a fixed direction controlled by the power supply; during rotation, it drives the material to rotate in an axial and radial direction. The material inside the reactor moves in both axial and circular movements, giving some form of mixing such as shear mixing and diffusion stirring. Therefore, the material can be stirred and mixed quickly. The scatter disc rotates at a high speed, creating an annular flow, resulting in a strong eddy current, so that the materials spiral to the bottom. The strong shear force and friction between the particles makes the mixture disperse and dissolve quickly. The circular movement of the stirring disc creates a good radial effect, promotes material circulation, improves dispersion efficiency. - The precisely designed stator and rotor work perfectly together. The high-speed motor causes the rotor to rotate, which creates a vacuum between the stator and the rotor. Thus material is sucked into the chamber from the top of the stator & rotor and also from the bottom. The rotor is driven by strong kinetic energy that generates a high linear speed, placing the material under the total impact of crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, etc. between the precisely made clearance of the stator and the rotor. After treatment, the materials fly outward and create strong turbulence under force from different directions. A stable emulsion is obtained after many separations, disperses, homogenization, shear within a certain time with the help of a certain quantity of finishing and emulsifying technology.

Easy maintenance & cleaning Dispersion disc is fixed on the shaft through clamping pin, easy to disassemble and change, easy to clean. The stirrer is fixed on the main shaft by bolts, convenient to move and disassemble.
