Tinplate Printing & Coating

Basis and Finishes: A great variety of coatings and finishes can be applied on tinplate sheets, depending on the individual needs of each our customers. A variety of basis (base coat, white enamel, etc.) and also finishes (glossy, semi-matte, full-matte, among
others) are available in order to increase AW impact.

Printing: We have state-of-the-art offset UV printing lines – 4, 6 and 7 colours allowing us to provide our customers with high
quality decoration for extra impact at point-of-sale.

Low MOQ: Through multicolour process, we are able to increase even more flexibility by being able to combine different artwork on
the same printed sheet, allowing for low MOQ.

Manufacturing Capacity: 1,500,000 aerosol cans per day

Process: the blanks are rolled, welded and side seam protected, tinplate cylinders are necked, flanged and seamed. The aerosol components are double seamed onto the tinplate cylinder guaranteeing a hermetic seal.

Side seam protection: all portfolio has its internal welding seam protected through electrostatic powder coating technology, which besides being solvent free, offers increased protection against corrosion. Testing: Finished aerosols are 100% leak-tested to ensure a high-quality finished product.

Packaging: The final step is palletizing and shrink wrapping, which is automated to ensure the aerosol cans are protected from environmental contamination.
