Automatic Sole Edge Grinding Machine Characteristic
1. The machine is improved on the basis of the original hf-503, and adopts delta dual frequency conversion control system, so that the spindle speed and feeding speed can be adjusted in both directions (grinding bottoms of different materials, variable speed). 2. Japanese precision adjustable cutting is adopted to replace the original spring tension, so that the strength of each grinding point is the same when the bottom is polished. 3. The use of air cylinder force control adjustment can make the grinding effect of special-shaped sole ( the thickness difference between front and back is within 3 cm ) consistent, and will not make the sole wear out due to different thickness. 4. This machine has its own dust collection system, which greatly increases the suction and prevents dust from flying. 5. The grinding head of this machine is made of imported steel sand to increase grinding speed and service life. 6. This machine has a separate deceleration system to increase the deceleration life. 7. The bottom layer of the big wheel is made of wear-resistant rubber, and the upper layer is made of high elastic rubber EVA foam, so that when the sole is polished, it can increase the elasticity and prevent slipping.
