Pre-heating the KPU raw material more than 6 hour in 60-80 degree temperature

LX-U12 Work Table With Stirring

Mixing the KPU raw material with the component A, B, catalyst, color etc

LX-U13 KPU Vacuum Machine

Remove the air after filling the raw material together with the vacuum pump

Plasticizing the raw material with 80-120 degree temperature into the heating conveyor
