Re: Yes, sure. OEM and ODM are highly welcome. We only produce private mold now.
We offer confidentiality agreement (NDA)for keeping your design safe.
Q3: What's the process of deal?
Re:
1:Customer sends drawings or samples ;
2:Company quotation;
3:Talking about price;
4:Sign a contract;e:Advance payment;
5:Company production mold;
6:We send out samples;
7:Customer confirmation samples;
8:If need products, we produce them in batches;
9:If only mold is needed, the customer will settle the final payment and we will deliver the goods.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
Re: Generally, 5~7 days/set for footwear mould; 7~30 days/set for other plastic mould after receiving your advance payment.
Bulk order 15~40days. The specific delivery time also depends on the items and quantity of your order.
Q5: How does your factory control the quality?
Re:Base on QC manager lead, over 40 QC to inspect and control the quality of all the products in JY.
From the material and parts income inspect, to the producing process inspect and the final products inspect, we have control all the products producing process and keep high output of completed products.
