It has functions including automatic operation, automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic stitching and moulding, and automatic discharge finishing. 2.With touch screen display and PLC control system, 100 code memory storage. 3.With memory storage function, it can be directly used in second operation. There is no need to adjust shaping position again. 4.Alarge number of detection sensors are available to maintain high efficiency, high precision and low fault operation.

5.Equipped with insole automatic positioning correction device which bring insole moulding with unified standards. 6.Automatic feeding, reclaiming and piling with manipulator, thus liberating labor forces 7.Equipped with distribution mold installation and positioning clamp that makes molds be installed uniformly, which is conveniently and effectively. 8.Permanent magnetic chuck is used in the upper mold, which can be fixed by tightening screws on both sides so that it does not shift. 9.After insole is formed once, select the secondary molding function for second molding.
