Automatic Sleeve Printing Machine

This machine is used for hot melt adhesive coating on the back of uppers of leather shoes, sports shoes
and travel shoes. The coated toe cap is heated and shaped in the subsequent process to obtain an ideal
shoe shape and increase the strength and toughness of the toe cap

1. The periphery of the hot-melt rubber sleeve is automatically and fully thinned,
which can obtain a better front effect, and can eliminate the edge of the sleeve,
beautify the appearance of the finished product, and increase the value of the product.
2. The thickness and front and back angle of the sleeve can be adjusted freely, and the printing position is accurate.
3. Avoid the trouble of gluing and immersion in solvents such as toluene,
which can ensure that the shoe surface is clean.
It cools immediately after printing, and there is no fear of peeling off.
4. This machine uses hot melt adhesive strips, easy to operate, fast production speed,
about 3000 pairs are printed every 8 hours.
