Low melt FDY yarn made by us is a two-component type of environmentally friendly yarn that can replace chemical adhesives.Compared with the conventional polyester yarn whose outer layer of ordinary polyester yarn has a melting temperature of 265ºC, the low melt point has a lower melting temperature of 180ºC, while the center part is still conventional polyester.And the external effect is to melt to cause thermal bonding.
Low-melt yarn has many applications, including automotive materials (such as engine hooves, trucks, ceiling materials, etc.),bedding products, window blind, and furniture (such as mattresses and sofas), and sanitary products (such as diapers and sanitary pads).
This product has excellent flexibility and durability. The bonding strength after combining with other material can be semi-permanently maintained. The non-woven fabric made of this yarn is simple and excellent, and has good bonding properties.
