We manufacture a wide range of diamond cutting tools like diamond slitting saws, ID grinding drums, OD grinding segments, OD grinding wheels, grooving wheels, diamond needle files, diamond mounted points, CBN mounted points,  etc., which are extensively utilized in the production processes of diverse industries. Our products are made with cutting edge technology and undergo extensive testing before being dispatched. The advantage of our diamond cutting tools is that they provide fast cutting without shortening the life of the tools.

We manufacture brake lining internal grinding drums and rollers of various size ranging from 150 mm to 600 dia and length from 50 mm to 30 mm. with parallelogram segments on surface, electro plated with 30/40 grit natural diamond powder is used approximately at 3000 RPM for internal grinding of brake pads can be supplied.

406 mm and 410 mm dia drums with segment are normally used by customers. Smaller dia drums with 300 mm dia are also used depending upon the curvature of the brake linings.

Q3. What is the difference between Electroplated and Sintered?

Electroplated diamond tools have a single layer of diamond held onto the tool with a layer of nickel that is grown over the diamond in a plating tank. Once that layer of diamond is worn down, the tool is used up and it is time to purchase a new tool.

Sintered diamond tools, on the other hand, have diamond impregnated throughout the entire metal structure of the grinding part of the tool. Once a layer of diamond is worn down, you can use a dressing stick to drill, slice, or grind into and it will remove the topmost layer of diamond and expose new diamonds below. It becomes like a brand new tool!
