FEATURES

1. Transducer speed:min1-60max,turn it to 20HZ usually,please do not change it optionally. 2. Temperature for leather is between 50-100 degree,adjust it for different material,set it first and wait it to heat up every time when you use the machine. 3. Clean the upper roller regularly ,the more cleaner it is the better effective the leather will be. 4. Turn the power supply switch to the opposite side if the machine doesn’t work after switch on. 5. Close the foot press that controls the height of lower roller when the machine is off to avoid that two rollers stick to

each other for too long. 6. Emergency stop:single side reverse. 7. Double top roller to adjust the height of upper roller at the same time. 8. Do not switch off the main switch but temperature switch when switch off the machine,wait until the upper roller cool

down. 9. Two motors are on the machine,feeding motor and hydraulic motor. 10. Pressure gauge is on the left of machine.
