4. Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: If you only need sample without any customization then we can send you right after receiving payment. If you need sample with customization, it will depend on the complication of your demand
5. Q: Can I put my own label and logo on item? What documents do you need if I want my own design logo?
A: You can feel free to do it. Normally we will not require any document or special procedure to insert logo, excepts some cases related to politics , racism....
6. Q: What is your payment term?
A: We often receive 100% payment before proceeding to produce. In some cases when the value of order is big, we can accept 60% deposit in advance, the rest 40% can be made before releasing cargo to carrier/ forwarder
