Q:  Can i place a mini order?

A: MOQ depend on different products. Normally Range from 100~1000 pcs. If your quantity is small, welcome to check with us, we will try the best for you.

Q: How about the quality? If i receive the bad quality products how you will solve?

A:For quality, factory will check the products before packing. After receiving the goods, our QC team will check the goods again and change the export packing. Please contact us any problem within 30 days, we will follow up and solve it.

Q:What's your OEM/ODM service?

A: OEM/ODM material, logo, color, packing all are welcome and available.

Q:When can i expect the customized product to be finished? 

A:Sample: 5-10 working days (Standard);  Bulk order: 7-14 working days (Standard).
