Structure

Chassis The stirrer frame is made of 304L stainless steel inside with a drive assembly consisting of a balance pulley, V-belt, electric motor and motor tension device. The drive head has a hinge-type construction that can be opened for maintenance.

Spindle & Dispersion Disc The shaft made of SUS 304 is precisely machined by CNC cutting technology specially designed for quick and efficient dispersion. The dispersion blade is made from special steel for high wear resistance. The shaft is fitted in a bearing box supplied with tapered bearings. Lubrication points are provided on the housing.

Ben lifted it The entire head and drive shaft is installed on a pneumatic lifting system that can be lifted and lowered easily.
