Q6.How can order the products without any acknowledge of import?

We could arrange you shipping or air express for you and deliver

everything to your port or provide you door to door service.

Q7.Do you have stock?

Most of products are under regular production,we can make delivery immediately if we the specific one in stock.

Q8.How long is the warranty period?

Mechanical parts:

12 months from the date of delivery for the parts considered by the manufacturer to be defective.

Electrical parts:

12 months from the date of delivery for the parts considered by the manufacturer to be defective. 

Q9.What mode of payment?

30% of total price as down-payment by T/T; Balance 70% by T/T shall be paid before delivery. Or 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.

Q10.After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?

All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be charged by you.
