Application

Rules of work

- The agitator is controlled by the power supply to rotate in a fixed direction, causing the material to rotate in the axial and radial direction. At the same time, the materials inside the tank also move in axial motion and circular motion, so the materials can be mixed and mixed well together with high efficiency. The impeller is equipped with a brush that attaches to the tank wall to scrape the material off the wall without deposits, and the rotating movement of the impeller improves mixing efficiency significantly. - Through the high-speed rotating scatter disc, the materials become annular flow, leading to strong eddy currents, which go down to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral state. In this process, the materials are effectively dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified due to the strong shear impact and the friction between the particles. The dispersion disc generates good radial power through circular motion that accelerates material circulation and improves dispersion efficiency. - The rotating scraper cling to the wall of the tank to scrape the materials on the tank wall out and also enhance material circulation. - The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinders up and down, controlling the entire drive system and working up and down.
