Characteristics and Purposes
Ø Wax emulsion refers to the water system with the particle size distribution below 1μm, distinguished by the emulsion ionic, it can be non-ionic, anionic, and cationic. Different from the wax dispersion, emulsion has no matting effect, generally be used in paint and ink which require high gloss.
Ø CE-11 is a carnauba wax emulsion be used for textile finishing, coating, printing inks, and paper making with anti-abrasion, anti-craved, gloss improvement, and soft hand-feeling effects.
Ø CE-11 can be used in water-based coating system like floor, leather, furniture, automotive, paper,other polishes, varnishes field, as well as water-based ink, liquid shoe polish, metal mold releasing agents, and other industries.
Ø When added into the leather finishing agent, it can increase wax feeling and brightness of leather; when added to the color paste, it can provide leveling effect, and can prevent the coating from stickiness when exposed to heat.
Contents and Usage
ØUsually added into variety of systems directly, stir to even and then use, the additional amount of wax emulsion is generally between 2-10 %.
