Ordering process:

1.Inquiry: inquiry to us about the product or design you want

2.Information collection: Client provide sketch or original outsoles;

                        Tell us what last you want or provide a shoes last ;

                        Tell us estimated order quantity.

3.Quotation: Sales department offer quotation after Engineer checking. 

4.Place an order with first payment: We send PI to you for conformation and Clients pay deposit.

5.R&D: 2D and 3D drawing, design the mold craft , and send to clients for confirmation.

6.Mould making:   Making resin/wooden mould to client, and adjusting pattern

                  Confirmed wooden mould, start the steel/ aluminum mould

                  Adjusting pattern , inspecting the fitting

7.Sample making: Mold test according to your requirement

Send the samples for approval or the customers come to our factory to inspect mould.

8.Bulk production: We make all the mold and pack them in wooden case or carton.

9.Balance Payment: The customers make the balance payment.

10.Mold delivery: We will ship the molds to the indicated port by sea or by air as you request..
