1.    Heel seat, heel and inner three materials plying-up and molding process.

2.    Equipped with high thermal conductivity softening and high efficiency cooling mold, it makes heel seat basic coincidence with the shape of last.

3.    Inclined design of working area, it would be easier for operator.

4.    Equipped with automatic tightening function of the upper to prevent the upper over tension and reduce damaged problem

5.    The temperature of inner and outer mold for softening and cooling setting are adjustable, independently controlled, max, high temperature is 200 degrees and lowest under zero 15 degree.

6.    We can make the mold for hot and cold setting against your design and shape of shoe last as provided.
