DCP as crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide, is a single functional group peroxide, mainly for all kinds of olefin polymers and copolymers such as polyethylene (PE) and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), ethylene - propylene - diene terpolymer (EPDM), ethylene - propylene rubber (EPR) duality, silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber crosslinking agent and polymerization initiator of polystyrene (PS). It is also the curing agent of unsaturated polyester resin. After DCP crosslinking, the physical properties of polymer were improved, such as the thermal resistance, chemical resistance, pressure resistance, crack resistance and mechanical strength of polyethylene were increased after crosslinking.
