The whole production line employs touch screen temperature controls and a built-in PLC system.

 

Based on real time output, data of manufacturing speed is directly generated to avoid insufficiency of speed control in traditional production lines.

 

Under the theory of thermal convection, infrared tubes with low flare in oven properly assist in utilizing energy and reducing energy consumption.

 

The temperatures of double-layered oven are controlled respectively to minimize the temperature difference of shoe materials.
